Important Information Before You Arrive
Guaranteed Reservations and Payment
- All reservations made through the website must be guaranteed by VISA or MASTER credit card.
- 100% payment of the room reservation is required at the time of booking.
- All extras should be settled by cash or credit card prior to departure.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- Cancellations should be notified by email to the hotel reservations department to avoid deductions from payment.
- 21-16 days before arrival: 50% loss of the total reservation price will be charged.
- 15-8 days before arrival: 75% loss of the total reservation price will be charged.
- Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
- In case of no-show, the total reservation price will be charged.
Child and Extra Beds
- All children are welcome.
- Children over 12 years of age are charged adult room and meal rates.
- Infant cots and extra beds can be provided and must be booked at reservation.
- Infants are up to 5.99 years; children are between 6 and 12 years.
- Children aged 6-12 years receive meals at 50% discount.
Pets and Special Arrangements
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guests may call or email for questions and special accommodation arrangements.
- The team can recommend rooms for families or groups that need adjacent rooms.
- A ground-floor room is available for physically challenged guests.
